About Grieve Leave

Grieve Leave is building a world where grief is no longer hidden, minimized, or treated as something people should quietly “get over.” Founded by Rebecca Feinglos, Grieve Leave has grown from one woman’s honest storytelling into an internationally recognized community reaching millions through media, events, workplace education, and advocacy. We are entering an exciting new chapter as we pursue nonprofit status and hire our first Executive Director.

  • Build internal systems for finance, HR, and operations
  • Hire and lead future staff and contractors
  • Represent Grieve Leave externally with partners, funders, and the community
Ideal Qualifications
  • Founding or senior leadership experience in nonprofit, startup, social impact, media, or related sectors
  • Proven success in fundraising, partnerships, or revenue growth
  • Strong operational and people management skills
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
