One thing we hear again and again at End Well gatherings is this: I feel inspired — and I want to know what comes next.
We created End Well Learning Labs for exactly that moment.
Learning Labs are hands-on workshops designed to help our community move from inspiration to action. They extend the ideas shared on the End Well stage and offer practical tools for shaping care, conversations, and systems.
Our first Lab, Policy Starts With Us, features End Well speaker Rebecca Feinglos and explores how everyday people can take meaningful action on the policies and systems that shape how grief, caregiving, and end-of-life care are supported. Drawing on real-world examples — including her work to secure bereavement leave for North Carolina state employees — Rebecca will help participants identify what feels broken, understand where change is possible, and take a first meaningful step forward. No policy background required.
Join us online for this free, live Learning Lab on February 11 at 9:00am PT.
