A New Era of Grieve Leave is Coming

Grieve Leave is coming into a new era, and I couldn’t be more excited to tell you about it.
This community started at first as little ol’ me blogging about taking a year off in 2022. I was 31, both of my parents were dead, and I’d just chosen to end my marriage. I called it my year of taking a grieve leave.
And you’ve been there with me every single day since then as I, and we all, figured out what grief and grieving actually are.
We’ve come a long way, baby!
We’ve grown to become Grieve Leave: a global community that hosts a podcast and Sad Hours, trains businesses to better support their grieving employees, advocates for better grief-related policies from our federal government to our neighborhoods, and more.
We reach MILLIONS of people worldwide. That’s millions of people who feel a little less alone in their grief.
And now it’s time to keep growing.
I am so proud to share that Grieve Leave will be hiring an Executive Director soon to help us grow into our next stage as an organization. This leader will help us define our strategic planning for the future, down to how we are staffed and structured as an organization. We can expand our reach to more grieving people with the right team at the helm.
Know someone who might be the right fit? Stay tuned! More details coming soon.
I am beyond excited for what’s to come for us. Thank you for being along for this ride.
Grieve on,
