Uncorked Conversations + Grieve Leave = RBF Sad Hour
RBF, Your Authentic Champagne Bar, 210 E Chatham St. Suite 10, Cary, NC 27511
March 8, 2026 2:00 PM

International Women’s Day is usually all about "boss babes," celebratory brunches, and curated perfection. But what about the parts of womanhood we don’t post online? The loss, the transitions, and the heavy stuff we’re told to carry quietly?

This International Women’s Day, we’re skipping the superficial toasts and getting real. Join Grieve Leave and RBF, Your Authentic Champagne Bar for a special edition of Uncorked Conversations.

We’re gathering to talk about the BS of grief—the systems of loss that Western culture ignores and the normalization of the messy emotions that come with it. We’ll start with a real-talk conversation led by experts who specialize in the complexity of grief, then we’ll do what Sad Hours do best: hang out in a safe, inclusive space where you don’t have to pretend you’re "fine."

Reorienting After Loss: A Sad Hour Exploring Grief, Identity, and Values
Current Wellness, 219 S East St. Raleigh, NC 27601
March 25, 2026 7:30 PM

When we lose someone or something central to our lives, we don’t just lose a person—we often lose our sense of self. Who are you now? What do you value when the world feels upside down?

Join Grieve Leave, Current Wellness, and the Center for Loss, Grief, Hope & Healing for a Sad Hour dedicated to the "identity shift" of grief. This session moves beyond the surface to explore how loss reorients our lives and how we can find our footing again.

We will start with an interactive deep dive into grief and grief-related trauma. We’ll participate in a short activity to help identify our shifting values and conclude with a 15-minute mindfulness exercise designed to help you feel present in your body, even when things feel heavy.

Whether you are in the thick of a recent loss or navigating the long-term changes that follow, come as you are.
