Grieve Leave is built on one simple idea: that grief deserves better: better support, and better spaces to show up as you are. We work with people and organizations to share resources about the losses that shape our lives: from death to divorce, and from job changes to identity shifts.
What started as one person’s search for modern grief support has grown into a global community and education company reaching millions.
We feel grief for all kinds of losses, but we don't always talk about it. Grief is not one-size-fits-all. Here are some of the grief genres that might be on your mind:
Sad Hours are our in-person events where we turn heartbreak, chaos, and ugly cries into real talk and human connection with people who get it.

Our team training helps organizations create policies and practices that make your workplace not just productive, but profoundly human.

Hosted by Grieve Leave Founder, Rebecca Feinglos, Grief’d Up explores the messy, funny, and deeply human sides of grief. Through candid conversations and real stories, it’s grief that’s unfiltered, honest, and out loud.
